Headshots and Branding Pricing Guide
Individual Headshots
Basic — $175 per person
This session is quick and easy and covers what you’ll need for your River Fox website update. Includes about 10-15 minutes of photography and 5-10 of your favorite images with light retouching.
Enhanced — $375 per person
This session will give you more flexibility for outfit changes, options for additional backdrops around the office and more deliverables. Includes 30 minutes of photography and up to 20 retouched images.
I need it all! — $600 (flat rate)
Includes 30 minutes of photography and all of your favorites with no hard limit on deliverables. Perfect for smaller teams and duos who need a little extra wiggle room. Retouching included on all selected headshots.
Extras:
For basic and enhanced headshots, you have the option of purchasing additional photos after your session for $35 per image or $250 for an additional set of 10.
Branding & Events
Branding & Large Group Session:
$275 per hour with two-hour minimum. This session is perfect for when you need a little bit of everything: headshots, working shots, on location vibes, large groups, etc. There is no hard limit on deliverables and selected formal headshots will include light retouching.
Note: Candid photos, working shots, etc. do not include retouching.
Events:
Small (fewer than 50 attendees): $250 per hour with two-hour minimum.
Large (50 attendees and over): $350 per hour with two-hour minimum.
Headshots or portrait station during event: $85 per person - includes 2 retouched images.
Note: Starting rate covers a single photographer (yours truly!) and documentary coverage of your event. For any additional needs, a custom quote will be provided!

Headshot days will be scheduled on a bi-monthly basis and new dates will be shared as soon as they are available. All other bookings are not limited to these dates.
